FMcore Limited is a company providing integrated support services to its clients for the efficient operation and supervision of buildings and infrastructure.

FMcore has its roots in the 44 years of building service engineering provided by Mediterranean Technical Service [MTS] in Malta as well as a long international business experience in property development and facility management projects in the UK, Denmark, Iceland and the Middle East.

FMcore was registered in Malta in 2010 with the aim of providing clients with comprehensive solutions to the built environment. Over the years, FMcore increased the service offering to include, design, management, MEP contracting, Fit Out and FM solutions.

FMcore provides “One Stop Solution” for all the needs required by a client to develop a building and operate the non-core business activities. We provide cradle to grave approach solutions, from inception of a concept right down to the end of life cycle.

The company applies advanced management systems and offers different types of service contracts, as well as exclusive consulting services, aimed at reducing operating costs by enhancing efficiencies through better management of facilities.

With offices in Malta and MENA, FMcore has to its name an extensive international project portfolio ranging from residential, retail, commercial, hospitality, medical and industry.

We are always pushing ourselves to keep abreast with the technology and look for new ways to improve and develop our existing services.
