FMcore’s scope on this project was to design and build all the MEP services together with the preparation and finishing of the pool and all the wet trades. Fmcore were also responsible for the co-ordination of all the other trades.

A key feature of this project is the pool construction, water disinfection, filtration and finishing. Filtration of the pool is handled by a Culligan patented DE filter which filters the pool water to an incredible 0.1 micron achieving the best possible pool water clarity. Due to the effectiveness of the filter the amount of disinfection is reduced considerably. The chlorine Is generated on site. The pool is fully autonomous with acid dosing managed by the pool control system.
